When the lights dance begins ...
is the fascination great - but behind it is also a lot of technology. And not completely uninvolved in this is the cable. The current for the light and control signals for the movement must be passed through. In a sturdy cable tube, both cables are combined and form the supply line to the light mixer and other DMX 512 dependent control units.

The SC Monolith 1 POWER / DMX includes a power supply cable with a wire cross section of 3 x 1.50 mm² and a DMX 512 cables. Each DMX wire pair is shielded with a tinned copper coil. The load line was designed according to VDE and provided with its own PVC sheath for additional safety.

Of course, the AES / EBU cable can also be used as a microphone cable, or as a supply line for active speaker systems.
